What are the reasons Deja Vu can cancel my order?

Deja vu may cancel orders for any reason, including item being out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.

I wish to cancel my order, is it possible?

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

How should I claim a lost shipment?

We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry it is confirmed that your claim is justified then full amount against your order will refunded.

If order from your e-store almost a month ago, what is the status?

Shipment will be considered lost, if the customer does not receive it within 20 days of date of dispatch and our courier service has no record regarding its receiving. In case of lost shipment, customer must acknowledge via email with complete order detail.

I send the order for exchange but did not receive any response, what is the status?

We will not consider the return if customer sends it without notifying Déjà vu e-store by sending an e-mail.

How much time does it take to complete refund?

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

What costs are not covered in refund claim?

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

I found the purchased product to faulty, will it be returned?

All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Request for return or exchange will not entertained if the articles were found to be washed, used, damaged or not in its original state. Please return all the articles in their original packing.

Is there a time limit to return/exchange the purchased order?

Exchanges from our e-store are only possible if done within 30 days of purchase with tag intact

Can I refund or exchange e-store product to any store?

Déjà vu e-store will only accept exchange for purchase made from Déjà vu e-store.  Similarly Déjà vu stores and outlets will not accept any purchase made from e-store.

I received something I did not ordered, what should I do?

If you receive order with items not ordered or damaged please inform us immediate after delivery

Do you refund and/or exchange fabric?

We don’t offer return and exchange of fabric.

What is the time taken for the shipment?

Within Pakistan, your order should be delivered within 2-3 business days via TCS following order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural locations.
International Shipments may take up to ….business days via TCS/DHL following order confirmation.

Do you provide shipping only in Pakistan?

We offer shipping in Pakistan and across the globe.
